The lake is always lively, with plenty of kayaking, water skiing, inner tubing, boating, and fishing going on in the summer.

Christina Lake Golf and Country Club is a beautiful 18-hole course located on a plateau surrounded by the Kettle River, and featuring stunning views of the Selkirk Mountains. The front of the course was built in 1962 and allows you to focus on your short game. The back of the course features many strategic black sand bunkers, water hazards, and elevated trees.

Gladstone Provincial Park is located in the Selkirk Foothills, surrounded by the Monashee Mountains.
